3.4 Inactive Accounts. 4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your sxi6 account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 4.5 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your sxi6 account are your own, are derived from legitimate sources, and are free from any connection to criminal activity. sxi6 operates strict anti-money laundering controls and will report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by sxi6 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 7.4 Void Bets. A bet may be voided by sxi6 in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest error in the odds; match cancellation or postponement beyond a defined threshold; settlement of a market on incorrect information; or evidence of match fixing. Voided bets are refunded as a stake return to the Player's account balance.
7.5 Maximum Payout. A maximum payout limit per bet and per day applies on the sxi6 sports betting section. Applicable limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sxi6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.3 sxi6's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sxi6 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sxi6's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13.1 Termination by You. You may close your sxi6 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method.
13.2 Termination by sxi6. sxi6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) sxi6 is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) sxi6 reasonably suspects fraudulent or criminal activity on your account; or (d) sxi6 ceases to operate the Platform in your jurisdiction.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, sxi6 may withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, sxi6 may forfeit all or part of the account balance. All licences granted to you under these Terms terminate immediately upon account closure.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sxi6 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, bonus calculation, or any other Platform feature, you must first contact sxi6 customer support and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally.
